Equinox Celebration

We invite you to a homeschool Fall celebration!

The equinox is a time when we shift into the dark season. The nights will now be longer than the days. The dark season is a great time to come within and allow our inner light to shine bright. The light of the home, the light of creativity and care for one another. At this time of year, we shed and cleanse, releasing what will not serve us through Fall and Winter.

In the Waldorf world, they traditionally celebrate Michaelmas at this time of year. Tales of dragons and knights and valour are told. I prefer to reflect on my inner dragon and yielding its might than to think of ''slaying the dragon''...but I digress!
