About the event
Join us for an evening of connection, inspiration, and nurturing our highest potentials in service to our families and communities. This gathering is a *brave space for women to come together, support one another, and share in practices that uplift and restore.
We will move gently with light Qi Gong, breathe deeply with guided breathwork, and open our hearts through sharing in circle. We'll explore our voices with warming exercises, sing together, and sink into a nourishing meditation and prayer circle - utilizing the conscious intention power of the group.
